Hi,
I just installed some new parts into my pc to make it a little faster. Everything seems to be going good except for the graphics card. I bought a no name Radeon 9600xt from the site imagestore.us. Well on the first game that I did a test run on I noticed problems. I would see graphical glitches, black bars that seemed to start at the middle of the screen and fan out to the edges geting bigger as they got farther away from the center. Also when I would exit to the menu the menu would be all funky and unreadable. Sometimes however it does not do this. There was a patch for the game(007 nightfire) that said something about the problem I was having but once installed it didn't do much of anything. I downloaded the Farcry demo and it did some crazy stuff as well it had the same black bars as before as well as making textures look like disco floors. I don't know what to do, is my card bad perhaps? It works completely fine on games like splinter cell and Enter the matrix witht the graphics all the way up.
Thanks For Your Time,
