My R2 Button is stuck

It was bought a couple of months ago. The little card that came with it states that it has a one-year warranty. However, their website doesn't have anything about peripheral warranties. Has anyone had any experiences with Sony regarding console peripherals?

Also, I don't believe I kept the receipt that Best Buy gave me, either...

Edit: Oh yeah, and I have all the original packaging and everything intact.

Have you tried emailing them....or calling them for that matter?

Just did. Found the original receipt.

Everything went pretty smoothly. I now simply have to package the DS3 and send it in.
