I need help with this small, but VERY ANNOYING problem that I have NEVER seen before.
My quicklaunch toolbar is gone, and when I right click on the Taskbar -> Toolbars, all of the options (Links, Address, Desktop, Quicklaunch, and New Toolbar) are all grayed out so I can't select any of them!
I need my toolbar back! Someone help! I just recently installed TweakUI, but I don't think anything I did in there should've changed this.
Bah! I was wrong, I unchecked enable IE4 by mistake, stupid!!
