my puter wont even start :(

I was installing a new HDD and the puter doesnt even start now. Nothing. I took the new one out and put the old one in and all it does is go, beep (small break), beep, beep, beep etc...

I cleared the CMOS on the MB but still nothing. I should be able to get to the bios setup without even a HDD connected right? So is it maybe my memory or maybe my CPU went? not a good day
