My PSU sounds like a cricket

When I run ATITool to determine the max core/mem clock for my x800gto2, my PSU starts chirping like a cricket. It sounds just like one, a sort of alternating buzz. I'm wondering if it's a symptom of anything bad, like an overload.

PSU: Antec 430w that comes with the P150
GPU: X800GTO2, attempting to overclock
CPU: 3200+, not overclocked (yet)
