My PSU blew a fuse, can I replace it?

I had my powersupply off and the ATX connector was disconnected when I turned on the powersupply causing the fuse to blow (since I forgot to plug the ATX connector in first). I'm wondering: can I replace this fuse or bring it to an electrician to replace the fuse? And, yes, I know the possibility of a lethal electric shock from doing something like this, and I'm therefore not likely going to carry out the first option (the fuse is soldered on and the PSU is generic). Or would it just be cheaper and less of a hassle to just buy a new PSU?

Fuses are cheap as, so if you're confident to solder it and you discharge the big caps first you should be fine. Even if you don't do right you've only lost like 50cents on the fuse. If you've got an electrically inclined mate they'd probably do it for you, but taking it to a electronics repair shop could cost a bit for labour, in which case you'd be better off just getting a new power supply.
