So is it the newer ones or the older ones that coem with spiderman? Is mine worth returning just to get that movie? I don't know mucha bout the current games available. But I am looking forward to burnout and madden. Twisted metal has been good so far. I will have to look into the others.

Unless you plan on watching it over and over no, but I would find the salesman that told you that and see if they will give you another movie as a replacement.

Also just found out my PSP is the 1.51 firmware version. That means I won't be able to run homebrew apps/emulators, right? Any idea if the spoder man versions are newer or older firmware?

Spiderman version is the 1.5 firmware version unless the user upgraded it. PSPs with higher than 1.5 firmware are worthless IMO.

1 word. exploits.
1 game. lumines.
summary = with the exploits the psp becomes a powerhouse entertainment system that delivers some crazy enjoyment for those that are always on the go (meaning not home dumbasses).

Well the walmart I tried to return it at was out of the spiderman ones. I am pretty sure the walmart I bought it at still had some, but its about an hour away. So what benefits are there to the 1.5 firmware exactly?

I don't think movie UMD's is going to catch on given the proprietary format.

naw its because people dont like to be double dipped when they would rather own the dvd. its like if your car came with a proprietary format instead of cd so they could resell you more music. u'd be like wtf...esp if it were inferior. just have to wait for flash mem prices to become ultra cheap instead
