My Properties on WinXp on folders dont work

Hey when I want to look up properties for a folder...i usually use ALT-Enter...to look the folder properties...u can also right click and go to properties..but this way is fast to me..

By I dont know why now its not working... it works on just single files..but i want to know how big the folder is and such..

I have zonealarm pro installed...i think this has something to do with it but i dont know what exactly...

If someone could help...
