My projected BCS matchups

So, we all find out tonight at 8 who is going where, but this is what I think we will see:

Rose Bowl - Michigan v. USC
Fiesta Bowl - Boise State v. Oklahoma
Orange Bowl - Louisville v. Wake Forest
Sugar Bowl - LSU v. Notre Dame
BCS Championship game - OSU v. Florida

As is standard fare around this time of year, you have a bunch of non-compelling matchups.

The BCS is going to do what it has done more often than not. It makes every bowl but the "championship game" pointless.

If that does end up being the case, the Rose Bowl should be interesting. A rematch of 2003 (I think).

Well the Coaches poll has Florida at #2, but only by 26 votes. Its going to be extremely close.

FWIW.... One person put Florida #1, over OSU. further, Michigan was listed at least fourth or lower on 10 ballots.
