i find the temps to be very accurate :)
at most 3-5c off
it fluctuates and is read realtime
and i have compared the voltage readings to various readings taken off the board itself :)

the winbond hardware doctor compares the same as the bios also
all programs read the same temps for me so far too

i think it was epox or gigabyte boards or something that had that issue...
or maybe is was an mbm5 issue with support or simply a bios problem on a few motherboards

but overall i am gonna live :)

I doubt you took into account that the IC7 MAX3 reads high.

Also, you knew they ran hotter when you got it.
