My Power Supply?

Alright here is my new Power Supply If anybody can tell me if this is decent or good or not that would be good!

It's a 350Watt Power Supply that came with one of my cases.

How relevant is the manufacturer? Granted, reputation and quality of components, but reputation is deceitful.

If I'm reading those specs right, that's a combined 200watts on the 3.3v and 5v rails? That's nothing spectacular, but should be sufficient. What are you running?

yes combined on those rails and 330 for the other
overclocking a 1700+ Bbred to 2600+

I think you should be able to get by with that. What else will you have in the system (ie CARDS, hdds? cd/dvd- drives)?
