My Post Office was shut down earlier today for an Anthrax scare

And, you'll never guess, it was a hoax. Nothing found, workers got to go home or whatever while half the road around the place was shut down with cops and firemen from my city, and two other cities around mine. Great. The Fever (read: itching to get off work for the day) has spread into my small neighborhood.... :disgust: My mom was telling me what she saw when she came home for lunch, and I got to talk to a fireman who was helping to put the trucks/stuff away upon return when I was on my way to work later this afternoon.

The cool thing is that I have a good friend in the fire department so I can call and ask what's going on whenever I want.

They closed the fieldhouse for the university the other day
up here in the middle of nowhere

because someone over-reacted to some white stuff smeared on a locker
