My Pooter is Losing time ....

My puter is losing time.
It seems to getting worse too!!
My rig is in my signature.
What you all think?

I have dumped CMOS twice today before hand and I have a #39 error on my Postman LED (Epox8k7a)
had a few problems before as well with booting.
