More specifically, a VRAM issue. Try more voltage to your GPU or lower the clocks, and clean the card too, and see if it helps. If not, get an RMA on that card if you can.

I dont think you need to format, we just have to get to the root of the problem

Good monitor. I have one now retired to the recording computer. Definitely try it on another system, or at least with a new vid card, and if neither of those two options are available try underclocking yout gfx card, especially the memory.

Just stop.

Let us know if driver cleaner and a reinstall helps. Since the funny pixel moves with the webpage, it definitely sounds like a gpu/ driver issue, rather than a monitor issue. Did you make any system changes before the problem started?
