My Poor Friend and His PCI Video Card Needs

Well my friend here's got a Celeron 2.4GHz with 512MB RAM using Intel Integrated Graphics. He plays Flight Simulator 2004 and just wants to boost them. All his computer's got is some open PCI slots. So I was browsing Newegg in search of a PCI video card for him and I've come up with these....would it really be worth it?

Yep I saw the 9200 but I thought the newer GF cards would be better hehe. Meh...they all suck in my opinion. The computer's a compaq with a 2.4GHz Celeron. I'd buy him a new motherboard, AGP card, and reformat the hard drive...Might actually be worth it
 
Yeha my total bill there since about 3 years ago when I built my computer has been like $4000 lol
