My pool filter makes my monitor go crazy.

Pool filter is about 30ft away, and 5ft up. I don't know much about electricity, but they're not on the same circuit breaker and this still happens. Any advice?

guessing you mean the pump motor ? is it just when it starts up or whenever it's running ? if it's at start up you might be able to get a "hard start kit " (i.e. capasitor) for it.
if it's happining all the time see if the motor is 120v or 240v . if it's 120v see if the CB's for each , the motor and comp circuits, are on different legs in the meter panel. you would want them on seperate legs.
if the motor is 240v the easiest thing might be to get a UPS to help clean up the power going to your comp.
ALSO make sure everything is grounded properly . the motor , elect panel and outlets in your house.
good luck
