Every time I log in My PM light is blinking but there's no PMs

What's up with that? It's like when your DoorBell rings and you answer the door no one's there.
 
Welcome to the web?. Browser caching is a known problem with any web page. The best way to not have it happen is turn it off. In IE you can set it in temporary file settings, check for newer pages (select every visit to page).
