Sounds good except I would get an E6400 instead of the E6300 for a few dollars more.
Power Supply is borderline for an X1950XT, I would feel more comfortable with a 550 - 600 watt. (of course 12v rail amps on any PS is the key)
 
450 watts is plenty. Personally I would want something a bit better then OCZ but I doubt you'll have any problems.

You might want to leave out the Audigy and use the on board HD-audio but everything else looks good.
 
My only worry is how long you may have to wait for a "budget" nForce 6-series board. Right now, we only have the "blingin'" models coming out (ASUS' Striker, etc)
 
Is the E6400 really worth it? I mean, it's still just a 2M cache. And a lot of people are saying that games are GPU bottlenecked anyways.

I was just going to OC the E6300 to help with my occasional dabbling in number theory research. (is 2.5 - 3Ghz too much to ask of an E6300?)

that power supply will do you just fine!!
A different brand might be better but you should be fine!! 😀
