Mike Lindell’s firm told to pay $5 million in ‘Prove Mike Wrong’ election-fraud challenge
Stupid is as stupid does.
Lindell testified at arbitration that he did not share what he had described as his key data to support the foreign intrusion claim during the conference. He held off, he said, after a man seeking a selfie poked him in the side as the symposium was nearing an end — an act that Lindell called an assault and said he took as a signal the government might tamper with his central information if he made it public.
Lindell told the panel that, after the incident, his “red team” advisers warned him against making that information public. “They said it could be a poison pill put in the data and we really shouldn’t release the China stuff,” he said.
True enough, but the process is certainly very painful to some of the people involved though.Bone stupid "entrepreneurs" get rich off of hordes of other bone stupid people. Smarter and saner folks then use the justice system to take their money.
I LOVE this country (sometimes.)
I'm with fskimospy's analysis. Lindell is a bumbling idiot that has fried too many of his brain cells. Too me he more of a fool than someone evil. Evil is someone like Trump, who is stone cold sober but entirely focused on getting the most personal gain out of screwing as many people as possible. The guy is pure evil.
Apparently I need to start hanging out with more Holocaust deniers. While I'm sure they are horrible to be around it sounds like an opportunity to cash in!LOL Lindell is such a clown.
This is a common stunt of conspiracy theorists. Holocaust deniers used to issue challenges like that: "show me or draw me a gas chamber and I'll pay you $100,000." And they've been ordered to pay by courts, so this isn't the first. It's funny how they copy each other.
I notice Lindell says he will take the matter to court. Just one problem for dumbass - the binding arbitration clause is his term, and courts will always enforce it against the party who insisted on it. He's never going to get out of it.

It is kind of odd how they aren't learning their lesson but I guess the average smarts of Holocaust and election deniers probably isn't that high.
Lindell admitted in his deposition that it was a publicity stunt. Same reason the Holocaust deniers do it. This is the most well known case:

Funny thing is Lindell's challenge was to prove that his data wasn't even related to the 2020 election, and this was apparently proven. I can't figure out with Lindell how much is dishonesty, or else stupidity/mental illness.
FTFYCame here to post what OP posted.
Lindell’s incompetence isstunningentirely predictable and obvious.
I read that article, thank you for posting it. We cannot forget, and must fight the fucking fuckers at every turn.Lindell admitted in his deposition that it was a publicity stunt. Same reason the Holocaust deniers do it. This is the most well known case:

So delicious!!
I see that Dominion's suit is forthcoming. 5 Million is a drop in the bucket of suck he is about to experience.
Maybe he can get a write off, claiming the cost of publicity.Lindell admitted in his deposition that it was a publicity stunt. Same reason the Holocaust deniers do it. This is the most well known case:

It's not Lindell, here, for which a distinction is really the important thing. What is important to me is that there are posters who can resist certain condemnation of others based on emotional feelings, who show by judgmental restraint the potential capacity to react with compassion given more information. To me that is a positive thingI don't care if he's evil or just too coked out to know any better. Either way, fuck him. He's more than due for some "finding out".
Here's the WAPO archive link.I can't access the article at The Washington Post. Here's another.
I approve of anything that takes money out of Lindell's pocket.
When he was deposed for the suit he said he wasn't worried that anyone would win the contest because they would have to prove the data wasn't from 2020 and it was.
Oops! Arbitration panel said Zeidman "proved the data Lindell LLC provided... unequivocally did not reflect November 2020 election data."
