It makes me think i'm back in 1994. Spiff it up a bit with some vector graphics, css, matching colors, and an actual design in mind 🙂

Menu items which have no clue except the mouseover are not very user friendly. I was completely confused about how to find you gallery. Also, if you list "what's new" you ought to put a link on it. Background - anything but white.

How do you propose one would put up vector graphics on a static website? 😕

I think you really are confused between the terms. Vector refers to the look of an image - usually derived from mathematical computation. Flash/Freehand/Fireworks are typical vector graphics tools. It has nothing to do with how a website is setup or laid out.

And I'd agree the first step would be an actual layout. 😉 That'd be a nice start.

To be honest, it sucks, but at least it doesn't hurt your eyes. It has no layout or consistent design concept.

I kind of find frames to be cumbersome and I want the site to be relatively quick load so no hardcore flash animation..But I am thinking about designing an intro flash movie
