My personal resolution for 2006:

Either 1280x960 or 1024x768 on a 17" crt. And I plan to keep those personal resolutions until something better than lcd becomes available.

10x7@100hz . . . 11x8@85hz . . . 12x9@80hz . . . 19" Flat CRT . . . same as last year's resolution. 😛

. . . and my New Years Resolution is the Same as Last year [and many years past] that i NEVER -ever - break:

"NO more Resolutions"

Happy New Year!

😀

Tomorrow, I'm going from

1280x1024@75Hz on Samsung SyncMaster 710t
to
1280x1024@85Hz on ViewSonic VP930b.

yay.

2048x1536 There's a nice 22" Lacie CRT attatched to my server and it is almost never used, gonna swap monitors over and enjoy.

1024x768@85x2

Until i have the money to get at least dual 20' WS LCDs i'm sticking with my dual 17' CRTs. More area than even a 20' WS FTW 😉

2 x 19 inch lcd

1 x 17 inch lcd

all at 1280x1024

17 inch samsung crt and a 19 inch NEC crt sitting in the garage, victims of the march of technology

To build my FIRST gaming computer by the end of the year.

Just have to get the money and the balls to do it. I just cant decide on the final product.

Things i do know:

Needs to be Nvidia, i cant stand, and have had crappy experiences with ati.

Needs to be better than my current pentium 4 3.6ghz

And last but certainly not least, i need to figure out who the FRIG is right in the sli and dual core arguements for and against. lol
