my pci cards stop working after o/c

i have an asus a7v333 with 512mb of pc2700ram. I tryed running my xp1600+ @ 10X166, but after a minute or two the pci cards stop working... but my comp still runs fine, i just can use my modem/sound/network card.

I have the 1006 bios for my a7v333, Do i need to update it for 166fsb to work?
