My pc3200 is registering as pc2700

The RAM on my new goliath rig is Corsair XMS pc3200. However, my Epox 4g4a+ is showing it as pc2700. Any ideas?

You need to either raise the FSB or change the memory ratio to 4:3

PC3200 = 200MHz FSB or memory bus
