My PC doesn't see my Xbox One

Yesterday I tried to configure my Xbone so that I could stream some stuff off my PC.

I have "Play To streaming" enabled in the console settings, installed Media Center+Xbox Video+Xbox Music. Then I tried to search my console from my PC and he can't see it...

I saw my former PS3 easily and I see my gf PC too on my network. the console is on the same network as everything else.

What am I missing?

Did you add the Xbox One to your devices on your computer?

What are you trying to "Play to". It only works on certain files (lame, I know).

When I add it it doesn't show up...

I followed everything there is to follow but my PC just can't find it.

Working now, I just had to enable remote control and automatically blahblah options in the Stream menu of WMP.
