My PC Build - PROBLEMS!

Well I haven't always had these problems but suddenly I formatted due to a large amount of spyware. I went for XP Home SP1, installed my software, FINE.

Now I have two problems.

FIRST ** Sometimes (happens ramdom I think) my computer goes into a blackout stage normally when I idle I have TWO ADSL lights ONE should be flickering (downloading/uploading) but isn't and the other should be solid, however they are BOTH solid and when ever I swich my monitor on I have no signal input.

SECOND ** Everytime I boot I get an error messege "FAILURE BOOT DRIVE, PLEASE INSERT SYSTEM DISK" and my O/system wont boot, only thing to do is insert my XP HOME disk reboot and when it says "Press anykey to continue" leave it and then it boots.

I think the FIRST one is my PSU, might be or drivers!
The SECOND, I don't know why?

MY PC SPECS are ....
AMD Venice 3000+
MSI K8N Neo4
Seasonic 350W PSU (bundled with Arctic T1 case)
Asus 6600GT
80 GB Seagate
160 GB D/Ster

I think the FIRST one is my PSU, might be or drivers!

DSL hooked up with USB or Ethernet? If the latter, then your PC and your DSL modem should be pretty much independent. If the former, yes, could be drivers. USB sucks for connecting broadband modems.

I don't think it's your PSU. Seasonics are solid. Are you overclocking at all? If so, return to stock speeds. A 350W Seasonic will be perfectly OK to run that system (when people say you need a 400/500W PSU, they mean a 400/500W POS PSU - brand-name PSUs put out more, cleaner power than cheap ones rated 200W higher).
