My Paypal Saga - Help?!?!?!

I had a previous thread:

I went through all the proper channels - Paypal finally did a "trace" on the money in August. I waited the full 60 days, emailed them back and they are "waiting to hear from your bank" on the issue. In the mean time, I've been out my money for almost 9 months.

What can I do to get it back? What information can I get from Paypal to trace it through my banks system?

Lastly - could I even file a small claims court case against them, or because I'm in Canada I'm screwed?

Since I'm in Canada, can I file a small claims suit against them here? And they will be forced (Or a representitive) to come all the way hear to fight the allegations?
