Okay this is what I am buying for my computer:

MSI "K8N Neo2 Platinum" NVIDIA nForce3 ULTRA Chipset Motherboard For AMD Socket 939 CPU -RETAIL

AMD Athlon 64 3500+, 512K, L2 Cache, Socket 939 Windows Compatible 64-bit Processor - Retail

Thermalright Heatsink for P4 & K8 CPUs, Model "XP-120" -RETAIL

I was wondering if all of this was compatiable and everything will work fine. So of you said that th xp120 doesnt fit on all boards, so I was wondering if it would fit on my board? Well thank you for your help. Also, there are two 3500, the 90 mm and the 0.13Micron does it really make a difference for which one? This one is the 0.13 micron.

If it's the 939, then it's the .09. that is a very popular setup and i don't see you having any issues with it.

the .9 micron overclocks better. The .13 tops out at about 2.4GHz, while the .9 tops out at about 2.6GHz. Also, the lower models (3000+ and 3200+) also clock that high, so if you haven't already bought your CPU, i'd just go with one of these and save yourself some money to put towards good overclocking memory. After all, your XP-120 will allow some good overclocks.
