Because, basically, my parents have a nasty habit of telling everyone who I am, what I do, what grades I get, etc, etc. Assumed sexual preference will be one of the things they tell people. And when they do, I don't stand a chance anymore .

Well, not irrationally. A few days ago, they saw me (must've been) sneak downstairs, and get a banana. After that, I took the banana upstairs for consumption (I mean, what else to do with a banana? I like banana's ). They figured I was gay.
