My pants keep riding down

But my pants keep sliding down. Doesn't matter how high they go they go down way below my belly button.

Are my pants to big? Thats my theory. I they were tight I don't think the would move.

I can speak from experience here:

I thought I was getting shorter a few years ago because pant lengths that fit me before were suddenly too long.

Upon careful examination I came to the horrifying conclusion that it was because my belly was growing, and I was wearing my pants lower to fit under my belly.

Shortly after that I started running and weight lifting and I haven't looked back.
