My P67 died - recommended Z77 board for 2500k?

My Asrock P67 board bit the dust (it was my own fault).

I want to stick with my overclocked 2500k for a while longer, but don't really want to go back with a P67 or Z68 chipset due to their age.

What's a good midrange Z77 board (single discrete GPU) that won't limit 2500k overclocking?

Got my eye on the Asrock Extreme4 at $130 but the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H is gets good reviews for around $140.
