Got mine on Friday also-- same setup 1.6a NW and PC2700 -- can't get over 133 FSB due to my old Matrox Mill II PCI card -- still waiting for my ATI AIW 8500 -- this is a nice mother board, the only problem I had was my case's power led setup -- MOBO uses a three pin (+5, empty, gnd) and the case is a two pin -- I'll hack it later :). It took about 3hrs putting it all together (go slow, triple check etc..)

Got 2 80GB Seagate cuda 7200's and those suckers took forever to do a full NTFS format.

Nice thing was on boot up it gave me the selection for 133 automatically (let's you choose between 1600 and 2130) -- the voice boot status is a hoot. Running everything else default (CAS, power, etc..

3 power connectors?
nooooooooo!
only use the 2 connectors for p4 - dont use the 4pin molex EZplug if you have a real P4 PSU.

i am not sure which ezplug you talkin about thug. but i know there are 1 20 pin, 1 atx12V1 4 pin connector (that looks like a square) and finaly an aux 4 pin that looks like any input power connector for any device (just straight 4 right next to each other). which one do i dont use?

can that make a difference?
its just extra power in. if it takes it.
the mobo spoke saying "no cpu installed". could that be enuf to tell you that its a bad cpu?

Use the first two man-main+ATX 12V. Don't fall for the hype that says ATX is not needed blah blah blah. It offers much greater stability especially if you o/c... ;)

I did't mean this is your problem for no posting...I just say this is the ONLY way u should plug the PSU connectors
Might sound silly or difficult but it's the only thing that comes to my mind now. Can u find another cpu to try on?

dont build the computer in the case then - just lay it all out on your desk/table.

only use the 2 ATX connectors and not the hd type EZplug.
