I am running the following config ......

Intel P4 2.26A at default clock.
Shuttle FS51 Motherboard with SIS 651 chipset
Asustek V8200 Geforce 3 w/ 64MB DDR at defualt clock speed Nvidia Detonator 30.XX drivers(latest)
256Mb Kingston 2100 DDR

The above config gets 7280 in 3Dmark2001SE on the default running mode...

AMD Athlon Thuderbird 1.4Ghz
ASUS A7V333 MB
Asustek V8200 Geforce 3 (Detnonator 27.XX drivers)
256Mb Kingston 2100 DDR

The AMD config gets 7208 in 3DMark2001 on the defualy running mode....

The P4 config seems to be running abit too slowly... at least in 3dMark 2001
Any one have any Idea how I could speed the thing up...?

Well, I don't think it's your P4 that is making your system slow.

I used to get low scores (7500) with my system running 3DMark, using a Ti4200 (@ 275/540). I installed the latest Intel chipset drivers, and my score jumped up to 10200.

Now I see you've installed the AGP drivers, but you say the "config" seems slow. Are there any SiS651 chipset drivers that you know of that you could install? That may fix the slow feeling you have with your system.

I don't know much about XP, but do you have XP SP2 installed? You may want to try installing that if you don't. May give you better chipset support.

I just ran 3dMark on my P4-2.13/P4B533/512mb PC2100/GF3 (non-Ti, latest nVidia drivers) system... I got a score of 7994.

Not sure how that helps, but I figure it's something.
