Well, define "know".

Some might agrue that the first thing you know is to cry, breathe, etc, but those are part of survival instinct. If the first thing you know means something remembered and learned, I'd have to say it's coordination and muscle control, but again, people don't really think of that as knowledge. You might say your name, but "what's in a name?" Know vs knowledge??/
