Western Digital 80GB SATA 3.0 hdd
1x1GB Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800 5-5-5-12 1.9V
Gigabyte 7600GS

Core 2 Duo E6400 L626A
Sunbeam CR-SW-775 heatsink/fan
GA-965P-DS3 Rev 3.3 with F9 bios

In about an hour to overclock, I'm at 400 fsb, with 1.375Vcore (from 1.325), no raise on VMCH, and a VFSB of +.1V. It's stable, ran with prime95 all night long. Temps are at 62/62 via intel TAT


 
You should be able to go higher, but first you need to get that temperature under contol. What cooler are you running?

Start thinking about a Tuniq Tower if you want to go further.
