My OpenGL is shaky

When I run anything in OpenGL mode (Half-Life, Quake2, JK2), the screen shakes back and forth very rapidly.

GeForce FX5200 (it's not new)
Windows XP
latest Nvidia drivers (downloaded today)

Has anybody ever seen this before?

Make sure you have Vsynch set to "always off" in the drivers. If it's still the case, try setting Vsynch to "always on" (although I think the latter is the more likely case).
