My old dell won't start up.....

i haven't used this dell in about a month because i have just finished building my new computer.....but i tried to start it up and it restarts every time...it will enter the Dell greeting page were it states the model and everything, then restarts..does anyone know what the problem is?...any help what so ever will be appriciated. thanks in advance.
