my old computer is slowly decaying

ok i jus set my old computer back up for my bro to use mainly as a internet and ipod rig. no gaming or what not.

i have downclocked the gf3 ti200 in it, as its a passively cooled dell job and the case cooling isnt too good, but i only need 2D

the cpu/memory are giving me jip

it fails every prime test within a minute, and im sure theyre the cause of firefox randomly generating errors and having to close

rig is....AXP2000, 512mb DDR266

im thinking of dropping the FSB to 100, from 133 and jus having it run at 1250MHz

but will the board...a KT333 ultra 2 job from MSI, jus switch the AGP/PCI dividers automatically or will they drop accordingly?

i have seen a small table printed on the mobo, stating what look like jumper pin numbers and which FSB they relate too, yet i cant actually find a set of jumpers any where on the board that relate to this table

any advice?
