I think we should get the team run by committee or something, no one wants to coach us. Oh well... Who do ya'll think will end up coaching them next year?

i think they're just gonna promote monte kiffin for the year....although i did like the talk about gettin marv levy for a year as well, then actively pursue jon gruden

Marv Levy would be the best call for the year. The guy is a good coach who could just not win the really big one.

Then - next year you could go after Gruden, but you probably won't get him. You see, teams don't get a good reputation firing well respected coaches - especially a widely repected guy like Tony Dungy. The Glazers are the laughing stock of the NFL right now (which is pretty hard given the fact that Al Davis and Jerry Jones are still alive). They fired Dungy to get Parcells, who crawfished on their deal.

Gruden has worked with a classless, insane owner for years. He does not need to go to work for another.

I think they should grab that offensive coord. from Pittsburgh. He would be good for that teams Offensive talent. Only problem is he might bench Brad Johnson and put Shaun King in because thats the type of QB he likes MOBILE!!!
