I have had an agility fail and a vertex 2 fail. Needless to say that I won't use another OCZ drive again, but the RMA process was pretty painless and quick. Now if I can just find something to do with a 60GB Agility and a 60GB Vertex 2.

Did you try requesting a different series like the octane? Anyways, I just got my RMA number, so things are progressing.

Is it worth it to drive to the RMA center and drop it off for a replacement if relatively close?
Should I enquirer about this in my ticket?

Is it worth it to drive to the RMA center and drop it off for a replacement if relatively close? would depend on your patience level and the price of fuel, I guess. I've heard of others doing just that in the past though.

couldn't hurt. Not sure how those others went about that but I would have to assume it stemmed from the support tickets preferred method of replacement.

Send them to me for long-term testing... I'll let you know in a few years if they are good! :whiste:
