My niece needs your prayers, please...

I just got a call from my Mom... I have some sobering news.

My six-year old niece has brain cancer on her brain stem.

Oh Lord, why? 🙁🙁

Since young people are quick to heal, I wish your niece the best and hopefully she will be alright.
 
While I do not pray, I do offer both you and her my best wishes, and I hope she is able to pull through this.

Update for those who are interested:

The cancer is on the brain stem, which usually results in a poor prognosis (chance of recovery). However, my brother and sis-in-law are meeting with the doctors today and will be discussing the idea that the cancer isn't as serious as something that requires absolute, immediate chemotherapy/radiation.

Hopefully, Seanna won't have to go through radiation, since it stunts growth and development when done in young children.
