Looks like I'm at : Memory set at 166 DRAM Configuration

10 x 230 = 2300 / 12 = 191.6

HT Frequency = 4x

For a 2.3GHz @ 50.5 cel idel / 55.0 cel load. Voltage at 1.68

Thats high volts there.

I have my 2800 754 at 256x9 ~ 2300MHz with only 1.6v.

Turn you HTT to 3x

Or better yet benchmark with 3x and 4x and see if the extra voltage for 4x is not there in the numbers

Went to 256x9 here at 1.6V also

CPU idel temps went down to about 48cel.

Still at HT Frequency = 4x with my memory set at 2.5-3-3-6

What core? is this a newcastle or clawhammer? Have you tried lowering the volts at all or does it need 1.6?

Haven't tried lowering the volts lower then 1.6 for now. But I'm going to try it during the day.
