Bah, I thought the way they did it was by having the software push more juice to the radio, hence better signal?

It's only for the Sprint Nexus S 4G right now. Nothing announced for other variants. It's supposed to fix WiMax performance issues and some other tweaks.

i guess you can have the software pump more juice to the radio... you know when you have low signal and the antenna tries to maintain connection for data? lol yeah. but then im sure battery will go down the shitter. for the most part radios don't really improve signal much. maybe stability in low reception areas or speed performance issues, but ive havent seen a radio give say a +10dB boost in SNR
