I own a few years back set up of these, but with 6" drivers in 5.1, and they are just pure audio bliss, these, well, they will just have to make my ears bleed with enjoyment then :D :O.....and the price, well, no one can touch them, the warranty, no one can touch that either, and the sound, doubt anyone can touch that either AT THE SAME PRICE LEVEL, or even higher, for that matter, for Ive had higher end systems, and they dont even come close to what I have now, and I only have $1k in it. Once you had Bic Acoustech, your ears, and your wallet, with thank you over and over again.

I actually had one small problem with a side radiator speaker in my rear and I called them to get a rma. To my surprise on like the 3 ring a human picked up the phone and said hello. I told him what the problem was, and without any more questions, asked me for my name, phone number, and address was, model number of my rear speaker, told me no problem, asked if that was it, said yes, said have a nice day. And in about a week I had a new speaker. Didnt ask for me to return the old one. Didnt ask for a receipt. Didnt ask but for that. TALK ABOUT FREAKIN SERVICE!!!!

I remember the BIC v52 and v62s being highly recommended by Consumer Reports in the late 90's. I bought both when I got a job and still have them today. Worth every penny back then, but things changed now. NHT has tremendously reduced prices and resurrected the NHT Super0 and 1s. Those were the cheapest speakers in Stereophile's list of recommended components which is usually full of fantasy multi thousand dollar unicorn jizz speakers.

Anyhow at least these days 90% of the audio nirvana from unicorn jizz speakers an be had for 1/10 the price. Both BIC and NHT make great speakers and are long time American companies.

They look like early Klipsch 'Reference' line units.
