Well, it's a nice system, but I do have a few things to say...

First off, which case are you going to use? I can recommend the Antec SX830/40 and the 1030/40.
Secondly, why are you buying everythng at axiontech? I think newegg would be cheaper.

Now, on to your parts list...

1. I personally dislike Epox boards. I'd steer toward MSI, Soyo, Abit, or GigaByte. I'd probably get the Soyo Dragon at this point.
2. Why Creative Labs speakers? Get the new Logitech speakers...
3. The 40GB Maxtor drive is tiny. It may seem like a whole lot to you, but knowing that 80GB/platter drives will be coming out soon, 40GB drives are going to be phased ut fairly quickly. I would get the 100GB WD Special Edition drive.
4. Instead of the LiteOn DVD Drive, I'd get the Pioneer tray-loading DVD drive.
5. I'd go for a netgear NIC, because LinkSys has disapointed me in the past with broadband issues.

Good luck.

Everything looks good except I would go with a Geforce 3 Ti200 for the video card and also I would go with Plextor for the burner.. Oh one more question only 40 gig for the hard drive? I would put on at least 60 gig Especially if you are into Mp3's and Digital imagtry

And about the GF3 ti 200, arent those worse than ati´s for dvd playing?

1. I like the Soyo Dragon + as well, but I have heard a lot of good things about that Epox board and I have had good success with Epox in the past, the Dragon + just has more onboard features. So I somewhat agree with his first statement.
2. Totally personal preference
3. I also would advise getting a larger hard drive, but 100 GB still cost quite a bit, so I would be looking more in the 60-80 GB range.
4. I think the Lite-On is the best choice because the Pioneer isn't as good when dealing with CloneCD.
5. I stay away from Netgear NICs because of past problems. I still have one sitting in a box at home because of compatibility issues. I haven't had any problems with other brands.
I figured it was easier to steal some of his comments then do all of my own. I hope he doesn't mind too much. No offence intended.
