A few questions here:
1) Why not get the 2500k? It will unlock the ability to overclock.
2) Why so much RAM?
3) How does this add up to $2000? You should include prices and links with your build.

I did get the 2500K that was a typo. 99% sure I'll never overclock, but the price difference was worth having the option...

So much RAM 'cause I do tons of image and film editing in Premier, AE, and PS.

Updated the OP with links/prices.

You could save a bit by going with this PSU instead.

It's also modular, and it's a rebadged Seasonic, so it's a quality unit as well. The Silverstone Fortress is a nice case too, but it's also kind of expensive for what you get. Personally I would never spend > $200 for a case, and even that is pushing it.

Looks fine if you like wasting money.

- Case is beyond ludicrous. A P183 gets you similar aesthetics, better cooling, and costs $90 less.
- PSU is unnecessarily expensive. Get the Earthwatts 650 instead and save $95.
- Mobo is extravagant unless there's some connectivity need that you're not telling us about. Get the i5 2500K + GA-P67A-UD3 combo instead.
- Sound card is a waste of money, real men use digital out.

Take the money and invest it into a real backup solution.
