MONDAY:

Standing Dumbbell Curls
Sitting Alt Barbell Curls
Skull Crushers
Cable Curls
Standing Barbell Curls
Standing Triceps Cable

TUESDAY:

Squats
Leg Press
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Calf Raises
Lunges
Cable Crunches

WEDNESDAY: OFF

THURSDAY:

Bench Press
Barbell Incline Press
Flat Dumbbell Bench
Front Military Row

FRIDAY: OFF

SATURDAY:

Dumbbell Shrugs
Deadlifts
Hyper Xtensions
Close Grip Upright Rows

SUNDAY: OFF
 
Good shoulder exercises are the military press, and front/side/rear dumbbell raises. Upright row does work your shoulders as well, but it also focuses on your traps. Hell, it works my traps enough that I don't even bother with shrugs anymore.

BTW, too much bicep work. 1 or 2 exercises will suffice.
 
You'll soon be sorry for neglecting your back and lats. I see NO back work there at all.

You need pull-ups/downs, low rows, high rows, rear delt flies and so on.

Want in on a secret? Axe the arm day and make it a back day. If you work your chest and back properly, very little or no direct arm work is needed.
