erm. professional looking computer sites sell more, and sell better, first impressions always count, doesn't matter how good your product is if its box is crap, no ones gonna buy it. I say, get it professionally made, it'll help with forms and carts, and a professional look, no offense, but I wouldn't buy from you with what I see right now.

If you want to get a little more pro looking without spending anything, check out Open source webdesign. You can download a nice looking base template than add your own content. There are some really nice designs on here and they are all free!

Edit, found a few nice ones:

Example1 is really nice for what you have. The sub columns at the bottom could house "Semi-custom" or pre-built systems with prices. Also, better wording. People need to be WOWed by the website, not disillusioned.

Alright I've changed my site using a little photoshop. I'm still gonna update the content..but how do you think the site looks?

It's pretty crappy. A dark red on black = not easy on the eyes. Your graphics are fuzzy, not crisp.

Make the layout wider, like 744 px or something. All the product graphics at the bottom of the page have pretty crappy transparency when put on a white background. If you're going to use those graphics, you're going to need to change your color scheme. Either that, or find better looking graphics.

You should really work on your design too. Here's something I did in 15 minutes awhile ago for a school business: link

It's not fantastic or anything, but it's pretty much the same design your site has, except it looks more professional.
