My new webhosting company! Opinions?

Cernax Hosting

I've been planning this for quite some time now and recently decided to finally start it. Like the website says, the company will be focusing on high uptime, reliability, and customer support.

I'm looking for opinions on the website and everything in general, I'd like to hear your suggestions or areas you think I can improve.

Wonder how many webhosting companies focus on the same things according to the FAQs/TOS/etc.

I'm sure many do, but a large portion of them just put it there. One ATer I host and I exchanged over 50 e-mails over two or three days helping him get started.

I've tried to include common issues in the helpdesk too

More than 5, but less than 10 :)

Fantastic job with the site man. I really, really like your color scheme, layout, and catchy company slogan. :):beer:

ahhhh. where were you a month ago. i just opened two accounts at ripplehost. they don't refund either:frown:

ironic that your site is nicer then global compass who you are essentially reselling for
gl with the support aspect side of the business, thats what makes hosting such a tough business to make money at.
