My latest "work" system:

PIII case MOD

PIII 700MHz CB0 @ 1.13GHz (161MHz FSB/BSB)
256MB CAS3 Micron-133 on CUSL2.

CPU is very stable, running @ -15C at full load, -23C Idle. What do you guys think?

What sothware of cupid program you running??.CUPID ver 1 of who,s thx.s.I have a 1.13 want to compare chip performace to your readings.

All I have to say is: WOW! How much air have you got moving through that thing man? And I guess you're running the max FSB on that board, aren't you? Holy crap! Definitely some nice work there man :)

yes, 2v is a bit high, but hey.. you got a subzero environment, plus massive air/water flow, you should be fine.

The reason I decide not to do water system is because of lack of portability.

man, wish i could do that on my t'bird, little timid about the peltiers though. What did you use to prevent condensation and is that a kit or custom built water system? I've also heard that mineral oil is safer to use cause it doesn't conduct electricity, it pops a leak and you don't fry your system. I'm toying with the idea of overclocking my system but i'm still unsure. Can you list the parts that you used?

This is a custom built supercooler, and i used silicone and foam to prevent condensation. The system is complitely watertight, no leaks here :) Water dissipates heat better than oil. I used a 72W peltier, copper waterjacket, 120mm radiator/fan, pump tubing and a water container.

Did you make your own copper waterblock? if u bought one, where from.
And did you try overclocking it before you setup the watercooling? how far did you get it with just heatsink, with what heatsink?

Err... This is a 700MHz PIII that can do 900MHz with ALPHA PEP66.. 933MHz with a 72W pelt and the PEP66. I am using a DangerDan waterblock (Thanks to DD for sending me one for my project), very good peace. I have about 7 waterjackets here (Aquastealth, swiftech, custom made, etc), and this is the best one...

Just so you know its @ 1.1Ghz 1.95V now.. I feel that its runs a bit cooler now (-18C compared to -17C (2.0v)) LOL. BTW: If you want 2.0V on CUSL2 (1.95v max), you gotta work with a soldering iron for a bit :cool:
