Hardware - try the TaiSol CGK742092 or FOP38 (if you don't mind noise). Also, try getting some Artic silver thermal adhesive to spread thinly on the CPU slug.

IGNORE the TomsHardware "review". See my sig for more info.

Hardware, What MB are you using? What thermal grease, or is it the default pad? HOw is the case cooling?

In General the temps are warm. Maybe the heatsink isn't sitting "flat" on the cpu.

NEVER use thermal adhesive !!! Its thermal grease that you need. Arctic Silver makes both of them.

Hardware,
For you, 67c on your TB is perfect :p. You can probably go higher. I suggest running Prime95 for a week solid. If you don't see smoke coming out of your case, up the voltage to about 2.3v. If that doesn't work try taking the heatsink off the cpu and repeat running Prime95 for another week solid. Maybe its your video card. I hope you enjoyed a little taste of your own medicine :p. One last question, do you have a large "L" on your forehead?
